The location of the place is marvelous, as it is very close to the Christmas markets and the city center, which is great for exploring.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. The bedrooms felt a bit tight due to our suitcases occupying some space, but this was a minor inconvenience.

Tom kept us well, informed before our arrival and Theresa was incredibly helpful and understanding when we were delayed in traffic. the location was perfect for our needs, within a short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. the flat exceeded our expectations , it was even nicer than in the photos! the bedding and pillows were top, notch, providing a comfortable and clean sleep. the kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to cook a delicious breakfast. the heating and hot water were efficient and easy to control.

Our experience was perfect and we wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend it. Cons: No complaints at all!

I recently stayed at Rest & Recharge - Birley View for a few days and it was a perfect home away from home. The hotel had everything I needed, including free Wifi and secure parking. The bedrooms were spacious and the separate sitting room with dining area was a great bonus. I loved being able to enjoy my breakfast and watch TV without disturbing the rest of my family. The owner was easily accessible and responded quickly to any questions I had. They even went above and beyond by accommodating my needs and providing complimentary bottled water. Highly recommended.

The friendly staff, especially Theresa, go above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process and a comfortable stay. Additionally, there are nearby amenities such as a supermarket, making it convenient for any necessary supplies.

The early check-out time of 10AM may be inconvenient for some guests.

this comfortable apartment exceeded my expectations! everything was clean, beds were comfy, and the hosts were so helpful and accommodating. they even got us a travel cot for our baby! the parking was secure and the neighborhood was quiet. thank you for a great stay!
